Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup dairy free milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup frozen cherries (pitted)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup oats
  • few ice cubes
  • (1.25l) fish stock
  • optional:
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, vegan
  • 1 tbs maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • fresh blueberries/cherries for topping

Method

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add toppings if you'd like
