Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices seeded bread
  • 50 g light cream cheese
  • 150 g smoked salmon

Method

  1. Toast 4 slices of bread to your liking. Once they're done leave to cool for a minute or two.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on to the toast evenly. Place the smoked salmon on top.
  3. Cut the avocado into strips and place on top of the salmon, season with pepper.
  4. Add a salad garnish if required.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
