Today's dessert is so simple to make that I feel silly posting a recipe for it. But it tasted amazing, so I felt I should share it here just so I remember to make it in the future.   • 3 ~ 4 Chocolate Vanilla Cake loaf (/ - slices to fit the pan)
  • 3 ~ 4 cups Vanilla Ice cream (- softened (check out my vanilla ice cream recipes here, here and here))
  • 3 ~ 4 Bourbon Biscuits (- roughly chopped)
  • 2 roasted chickpeas (twix Bars - coarsely chopped)
  • roasted chickpeas (Toasted sliced)
  • 4 ~ 6 Oreo cookies (- chopped)


  1. Combine the softened ice cream with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine everything.
  2. Line the loaf pan with a plastic wrap. Make sure that there is extra hanging over the ends to make removing of the cake out of the pan easy.
  3. Layer the bottom of the pan with the cake slices, slightly overlapping.
  4. Pour in the ice cream mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with the overhang plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve.
