Strawberry Gelato

Are you super busy but want to dazzle your loved one this Valentine's? This strawberry gelato will definitely impress when you tell them it's homemade!

Ingredients

• 450 g light condensed mik
• 500 g double cream
• 450 g strawberry jam
• 400 g fresh strawberries (chopped up into small chunks)

Method

1. Place the condensed milk and double cream into a bowl and whisk together until you have soft peaks.
2. Tip the jar of jam into a separate bowl and give it a good stir with a spoon so the jam loosens a bit. Stir it into the mixture.
3. Add the chopped strawberries and stir in the the mixture. Place into a tub and put in the freezer overnight.
4. Serve and enjoy!
