Prepare cold brew coffee according to package directions. Keep prepared cold brew coffee in a pitcher or carafe in the refrigerator.
Pour 1 cup (8 oz.) of coffee into a mug, cup or glass jar filled with ice. Stir in coconut milk and caramel syrup. Add sweetener, if desired. Serve immediately. Repeat step 2 each day with remaining cold brew coffee.
