Ingredients

  • 50 l gin (I used Tanqueray Rangpur)
  • 25 l fresh lemon juice
  • 5 l maraschino liqueur
  • 5 l crème de violette or 10ml violet syrup


Method

  1. Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist.
