Classic Aviation Cocktail
Cake and Whisky
A classic Aviation is my go-to spring cocktail. Citrus-sy and delicately floral, it's the perfect cocktail for bloom season!
- 50 l gin (I used Tanqueray Rangpur)
- 25 l fresh lemon juice
- 5 l maraschino liqueur
- 5 l crème de violette or 10ml violet syrup
- Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
