Ingredients
- 50 l russian Standard Platinum
- 5 l sugar syrup
- 15 l rasberry puree
- 20 l fresh lemon juice
- 30 l mr Gladstones Curious Emporium Rhurbarb & Custard
Method
- Stir the vodka, sugar syrup, raspberry puree & fresh lemon juice over ice until ice cold.
- Strain into a tall glass and topp up with Mr Gladstones Curious Emporium Rhurbarb & Custard.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice and serve.
