Ingredients

• 50 l russian Standard Platinum
• 5 l sugar syrup
• 15 l rasberry puree
• 20 l fresh lemon juice
• 30 l mr Gladstones Curious Emporium Rhurbarb & Custard

Method

1. Stir the vodka, sugar syrup, raspberry puree & fresh lemon juice over ice until ice cold.
2. Strain into a tall glass and topp up with Mr Gladstones Curious Emporium Rhurbarb & Custard.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime slice and serve.
