Total time

35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp cream cheese (original)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.19 cup shredded monterey cheese
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 240 grams jalapeno peppers
  • 6 slice bacon

Method

  1. Ingredient note: 240 grams of jalapenos is equivalent to 6 (3-4-inch) jalapenos. Heat air fryer to 390°F. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey jack, and chili powder until well combined and evenly distributed. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard, then fill with cream cheese mix (do not overfill). Slice the bacon in half, and loosely drape a slice of bacon over each filled jalapeno, securing the bacon on the top and bottom with a toothpick or skewer. Cook, in batches if needed, for 6 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese has melted. Remove from air fryer and serve.
