Great way to use up leftover bagels -- simply bake them with some cinnamon sugar and serve them with honey-cinnamon yogurt dip.

  • 2 bagels
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 1 ~ 2 tbsps Sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. To make Bagel Chips: Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Slice the bagels into ¼" thick pieces. Add the melted butter, cinnamon and sugar to the bgel pieces and mix well really well to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  3. Place the bagel pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake them 8~10 minutes per side until nice and crispy. Serve immediately!!
  4. Make Honey-Cinnamon Yogurt Dip: Mix all the ingredients well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
