The goodness of cinnamon and stevia make these homemade sugar-free chips a delicious and additive free alternative to store-bought chips!

  • 2 medium apples (I used one gala and one pink lady)
  • 1 tbs stevia
  • ¼ - ½ tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 200 °F
  2. Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, slice the apples into approximately 1/8” slices
  3. Remove any leftover seeds in the slices
  4. Place in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  5. Mix together the stevia and cinnamon and sprinkle over apple slices
  6. Bake for 2 hours, flipping halfway through
  7. Allow chips to sit on the pan for a few mins after removing from oven - they'll continue to crisp up
