Bhurani Raita is a great side to spicy dishes like Biryani and curries. It is great to serve as a part of an elaborate thali.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (full fat recommended)
  • 1 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • (1.25l) fish stock
  • (1.25l) fish stock
  • to taste Salt


Method

  1. Whisk yogurt until smooth. Add the finely minced garlic, red chili powder, ground cumin and salt. Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!!
