Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened dried cherries
  • ½ cup dried Apricots
  • 2 cups raw walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor fitted with an S blade. Process until the ingredients are broken down into small pieces and hold together when pressed. You may need to scrape down the food processor once or twice to achieve this consistency.
  2. Press the dough into round bites. Store in the refrigerator.
