100 grams chicken (cooked, visible fat and skin removed)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tsp dried oregano
50 grams frozen petit pois
150 ml water (from the pan used to cook the pasta)
salt
pepper
low Calorie Cooking Spray
Method
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Spray a sauce pan with Low Calorie Cooking Spray and on a low heat, cook the crushed garlic for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it sticking.
Add the Philadelphia Lightest into the pan, along with the chicken, herbs and peas. Add 100ml of boiling water from the pan which the pasta is being cooked in and stir until combined.
Keep the sauce on a low heat, stirring frequently until the chicken is heated through and the frozen peas are cooked. Season to taste using plenty of black pepper.
Drain the past and stir into the sauce. Serve immediately whilst hot - top with a little Parmesan if you like it!
