  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 rooibos tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick ((optional))
  • 1 slices fresh ginger ((optional))
  • 10 oz . boiling water


Method

  1. Add the ginger juice, honey, tea bag, and cinnamon stick and ginger slices (if using) into your mug of choice. Pour 10 oz. of boiling water into the mug. Let steep for 5-6 minutes. Remove teabag and enjoy!
