Thick and creamy with a hint of sweet vanilla and subtle spices, this dairy free Gingerbread Smoothie makes a fantastic healthy Christmas breakfast
Ingredients
- 700 ml dairy dairy milk milk (or non, i used a mix of almond and coconut milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (shredded)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Divide between two glasses, garnish with grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
