Ingredients

  • 700 ml dairy dairy milk milk (or non, i used a mix of almond and coconut milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (shredded)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves


Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses, garnish with grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
