Place all of the ingredients into a blender apart from the toasted flaked almonds. Whizz it all up until everything is finely chopped and comes to a sticky texture.
In a shallow bowl crush the toasted flaked almonds using the ends of your fingertips, so they start to break up. Using damp hands make 12 size similar shaped balls. Place them in the almond mixture to coat.
Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy with a cuppa or a healthy treat when you're feeling naughty!
