  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1½ cups almond milk ((more for a thinner smoothie))
  • 2 teaspoons matcha
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoons honey to taste


  1. Heat the almond milk on the stove top until steaming.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until well combined and frothy. Serve.
