Honey Matcha Almond Milk is a 3 ingredient big batch recipe that will make your morning routine easier. Make this drink on Sunday, and reheat it on busy weekday mornings for a quick and effortless, naturally sweetened, paleo, and vegan matcha latte.

  • 1 cup blanched almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons matcha tea
  • 1 tablespoons honey


  1. Drain the soaked almonds and add them to the blender with 2 cups of the water. Blend on high until creamy and the almonds are a pulp. Pour it into a milk bag and squeeze out the liquid.
  2. Discard the pulp and rinse out the blender. Return the almond milk liquid to the blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
  3. When the craving for a matcha latte strikes, heat the milk over medium until hot or pour over ice and serve.
