This 10 minute Paleo Superfood Cereal is packed full of nuts, seeds, and fruits for a satisfying breakfast that will keep you full until lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ¾ cup chopped pitted dates
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup freeze dried blueberries
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a jar or lidded storage container and shake to combine. Store in the fridge for quick and easy breakfasts.
  2. In the morning, add a heaping 1/2 cup to a bowl. Top with milk and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes to plump up. Add berries and more milk if desired. Serve.
