Pineapple Fizz Mocktail
Cake and Whisky
This easy Pineapple Fizz Mocktail is super refreshing on hot days and a much healthier alternative to sugary sodas. Really quite a fine-apple!
- 100 l pineapple juice
- 100 l sparkling water
- 10 l ginger syrup
- sprig of fresh mint
- Pour the ginger syrup in a tumbler glass.
- Add the pineapple juice and stir lightly with a cocktail spoon or straw.
- Add in a few ice cubes, top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately.
