This light Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte gets kicked up a notch with a healthy homemade caramel sauce and lots of real pumpkin.

  • 1 cup pitted dates (packed)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch salt


  1. Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Store in a lidded container in the fridge.
