Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte
This light Caramel Pumpkin Spice Latte gets kicked up a notch with a healthy homemade caramel sauce and lots of real pumpkin.
- 1 cup pitted dates (packed)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ⅓ cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- pinch salt
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Store in a lidded container in the fridge.
