Creamy and delicious Pumpkin Gelato made without eggs. Takes just a few minutes to put everything together and make this decadent dessert.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of Ground Nutmeg
  • pinch of salt


  1. Make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly chilled. In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Churn the ice cream according to machine instructions. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer. Drizzle with maple if desired and serve.
