This is the simplest gelato (Italian ice cream) you'll ever make and it tastes just like Christmas! Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!

  • 450 g light condensed mik
  • 500 g double cream
  • 400 g mince meat
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp cinnamon


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl apart from the mince meat and whisk together until you have soft peaks.
  2. Add the whole jar of mince meat and stir in with a wooden spoon.
  3. Put your mixture into a tub and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Enjoy over the festive period!
