Ingredients

  • 1 heb whole wheat pitta (or wrap)
  • 50 g mozzarella (1 hea)
  • chicken (cooked, chopped)
  • syn free bbq sauce (homemade)
  • green pepper (chopped)
  • red onion (sliced)


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c/400f (gas mark 6)
  2. Place Pitta or Wrap onto a baking tray
  3. Spread with the Homemade Syn Free BBQ Sauce
  4. Add the Cooked Chicken and brush over the top with the sauce
  5. Add the mozzarella and scatter with the red onion and green pepper
  6. Bake in the oven for approx 12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
  7. (depending on toppings and base you use, baking time may taking slightly less or longer)
