This Turmeric Chai Tea Latte is an easy and nourishing morning beverage! It has a boost of caffeine from black tea, a creamy sweetness, health enhancing turmeric, and a perfectly balanced spice mix.

  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 3 black tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1½ teaspoons Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam. Remove from the heat, add in the teabags and cover with a lid. Let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and place the milk back on the heat. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove and serve.
