  1. Blend sesame seeds to a powder in a small blender. Add coconut and blend until combined. Next add the grated jaggery and blend until combined. Don't blend it for too long, since this is a very sticky and thick mixture it might burn mixer's motor, so blend in short intervals.
  2. Once a cohesive mixture forms, form laddoos and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
