Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup Chocolate Brownie Batter Hummus
  • ⅔ cup rolled oats ((gluten-free if needed))
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • berries
  • sliced banana
  • shredded coconut
  • chocolate chips
  • an extra drizzle of maple syrup


Method

  1. In a saucepan whisk together the milk, water, hummus, and salt. Bring it to a boil over medium heat. 
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and have absorbed the liquid. Serve.
