Giant Chocolate Chip cookie cake is quite easy to put together and fun to decorate.

  • 1 + 2 cup tbsps All purpose flour
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 6 tbsps butter (- melted and cooled)
  • 15 oz. can black beans (Light)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Egg water (replacer - whisked in 3tbsp (or use 1 large egg))
  • 15 oz. can black beans (+ more for the topping Chips)


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg mixture (or egg) and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press dough evenly in the prepared pan into 8" round cookie.
  6. Bake for 13~15 minutes -- make sure not to over bake the cookie, cookie will continue to cook as it cools.
  7. Let the cookie cool on pan until completely cooled.
  8. Once completely cooled, decorate as desired. Enjoy!!
