Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix and knead to form a smooth, supple dough.
Transfer the dough into a lightly greased bowl, cover and set aside for 60~90 minutes or until the dough is well risen and puffy.
Shape the dough into to a log and place it in a lightly greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Cover with a greased plastic wrap and allow to rise for 60 minutes until crowned 1" over the rim of the pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bake the bread for 35~45 minutes or until a digital thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf registers 190°F. Remove the bread from the oven, turn it out on to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
