Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raisins (, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup gluten-free oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons coconut nectar ((raw) OR gluten-free brown rice syrup (not raw))
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch salt


Method

  1. Add the cashews to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times until the cashews a course meal. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until a dough ball forms. Roll into roughly 12 cookie dough bites.
