14 oz vanilla frozen Greek yogurt ({about 1 ¾ cup})
2 tbsp fat free or low fat milk ( {optional} )
whipped cream and ground cinnamon, for garnish ( {optional})
Method
Combine peanut butter, banana and frozen yogurt in a blender. Blend until pureed. Add milk and blend if shake is too thick. Place in 2 glasses and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
