Mango & passion fruit Batido is a creamy and delicious treat to serve any time of the day. Add some vegan vanilla ice cream for an extra-special treat.
8 oz Frozen Passion fruit or other tropical fruit puree
1 medium Mango, peeled and diced
2 cups Almond Milk Or other nondairy milk
to taste Agave Syrup or Sugar (optional)
as needed Ice cubes
Method
Break the frozen fruit puree into chunks and put in a blend. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into classes and enjoy right away.
