This nutrient packed smoothie is perfect for those early mornings and afternoon pick me ups!
Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup dairy free milk (unsweetened)
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- ¾ cup frozen cherries (pitted)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup oats
- few ice cubes
- (1.25l) fish stock
- optional:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, vegan
- 1 tbs maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- fresh blueberries/cherries for topping

Method
- Add all smoothie ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add toppings if you'd like
