  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ¾ cup frozen cherries (pitted)

  • ½ cup oats
  • few ice cubes
  • (1.25l) fish stock
  • optional:
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, vegan
  • 1 tbs maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
