Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the instruction on the packet.
Place the avocado, garlic, basil, pine nuts, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, parmesan, milk into a blender and season with black pepper. Whiz it all up until smooth.
Cook the chicken and chorizo in a pan until warm.
When your pasta is cooked, drain it then add the oil followed by the sauce. Stir into your pasta until everything it combined. Heat through on the hob on a medium heat for about 3-4 minutes so the garlic cooks through.
Serve your pasta in a bowl and sprinkle the chicken and chorizo on the top of your pasta. Enjoy!
