  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 serving of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder


  1. Add all the ingredients into a zip top bag and stash in the freezer.
  2. Add the contents of the bag into the blender along with 1 cup of almond milk (more or less for a thicker/thinner smoothie). Blend until smooth and serve.
