Creamy & delicious Mango Almond Smoothie -- perfect summer thirst quencher.

  • 2 mangoes (Maedium , peeled and diced (about 3cups))
  • 2 ~ 3 tbsps Almonds
  • sugar sweetener (or other - as needed)
  • 1 cups Milk Almond milk would taste great here, but any dairy or non-dairy milk (, cans be used)
  • ice (Cubes - for serving)


  1. Soak almonds for at least 4~5 hours or overnight. Once ready, they can be peeled or not -- it's totally up to you. I peeled mine :-)
  2. Grind the almonds with ¼cup of milk into a smooth paste.
  3. Next add the mango cubes, sugar or other sweetener and the remaining milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve over ice. Enjoy!!
