Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries ((frozen or fresh))
  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey ((or other sweetener of your choice))


Method

  1. Pour the yogurt into the blender jar.
  2. Add the raspberries and sweetener of your choice.
  3. Process until smooth and pour the raspberry smoothie into your serving glasses. Depending on the size of your glass, make sure that the red layer only takes up half of it.
  4. Wash the blender jar thoroughly: you want to achieve two distinct and clean layers.
  5. Peel and core the mango. Cut it roughly and put into the blender jar.
  6. Add the yogurt and process until nice and smooth.
  7. Pour the mango smoothie on top of the red layer. 
  8. Decorate the smoothie and serve immediately.
