  • ⅔ cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 tsp chia
  • 1 tbsp Tahini (optional)
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 2 dates or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup


  1. Peel the banana and cut it in coins.
  2. Pit the dates.
  3. Put everything together in the blender except for chia and blend well.
  4. Stir in chia and mix.
  5. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
