Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango ( chopped and frozen )
  • ¼ cup pineapple ( chopped and frozen )
  • ½ banana (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup carrot juice
  • ¼ cup milk of choice (add more if necessary)


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on medium-high speed for 30 seconds to a minute, until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
