Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Turmeric is so hot right now. Have you noticed? Everywhere I look, turmeric is popping up in very unexpected places. In milk. In cake. In supplements. And now in this mango turmeric smoothie!
- 0.5 cup mango ( chopped and frozen )
- 0.25 cup pineapple ( chopped and frozen )
- 0.5 banana (sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
- 0.25 cup carrot juice
- 0.25 cup milk of choice (add more if necessary)
- Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend on medium-high speed for 30 seconds to a minute, until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
