This is a spicy, crunchy and very addictive snack that is widely sold on the beaches of India. It is called Pidatha Kinda Pappu in Andhra and Jhal Muri around the world.

Ingredients
2 cups Murmure
1 cup Fried Corn Poha (sold as corn flakes in Indian stores)
½ cup Thin Sev
3 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
1 green Chilies (finely chopped)
1 medium Tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
3 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 tbsp Putnalu (dalia)
1 tbsp Lemon Lime juice
to taste Salt
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp Chaat Masala
Method
Combine onions, green chilies, tomatoes, peanuts, putnalu (dalia), ground cumin, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
Stir in murmure, fried corn poha, sev and lemon/ lime juice. Mix well and serve immediately.
