Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Parmesan cheese is an easy to make side dish that is delicious. It is a great to serve as a side dish or a starter.

  • 3 cups Brussel Sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • to taste Salt Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Add the brussel sprouts to a baking sheet. Drizzle in the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well to coat the sprouts. Bake for 2~35 minutes, stirring once in the middle, until the sprouts are roasted and fork tender.
  3. Remove the brussel sprouts from the oven. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
