Ingredients

  • 1 cups papaya (, chopped)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water (Cold)
  • 2 tsps honey
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger (, grated)
  • Ritz Cracker


Method

  1. Soak chia seeds in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!!
