  • 2 cups packed kale
  • 1 small banana (previously peeled, chopped, and frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen Mango
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 inch ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup water (more as needed)


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
