- 2 cups packed kale
- 1 small banana (previously peeled, chopped, and frozen)
- ½ cup frozen Mango
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 inch ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
- ½ cup full fat coconut milk
- ½ cup water (more as needed)
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
