  • 2 cups non-dairy milk of choice (I prefer almond or soy)
  • 4 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon beet powder


  1. Add the milk and dates into a saucepan. Heat, over medium, until it reaches a simmer. Add the warm milk with the dates and the remaining ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Serve.
