Sweet Potato Hummus

Ingredients
1½ cups garbanzo beans
1 cup mashed sweet potato
¼ cup Tahini
¼ cup olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
pinch pimenton or smoked paprika
((optional))
½ teaspoon salt
Method
Add all the ingredients along with 1/4 cup water to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend (or process) until your desired consistency is reached (I like my hummus silky smooth). Serve.
