Ingredients

  • 1½ cups garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • pinch pimenton or smoked paprika ((optional))
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Method

  1. Add all the ingredients along with 1/4 cup water to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend (or process) until your desired consistency is reached (I like my hummus silky smooth). Serve.
