Ingredients

  • 1 bag of lettuce
  • 1 Pear Juice or Cider (sliced)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, toasted
  • 2 tbsp balsamic VINAIGRETTE


Method

  1. In a large bowl, top bed of lettuce with pears, grapes, bacon, goat cheese, and pistachios. Pour vinaigrette over the top and toss.
