Pear and Bacon Salad
The Honey Blonde
A hearty Fall salad topped with pear and bacon.
- 1 bag of lettuce
- 1 Pear Juice or Cider (sliced)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp goat cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp pistachios, toasted
- 2 tbsp balsamic VINAIGRETTE
- In a large bowl, top bed of lettuce with pears, grapes, bacon, goat cheese, and pistachios. Pour vinaigrette over the top and toss.
