Total time

15 minutes

  • 0.5 lb sun-dried tomato deli turkey breast
  • 10 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • freshly ground black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.5 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • small handful fresh oregano leaves

  1. Lay 10 slices of deli turkey breast on a cutting board. Top each with a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese, then smear with a thin layer of cream cheese, all the way out to the edges. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper and red pepper flakes. Top each with a few sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and artichoke hearts, then sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves. Gently roll, tucking the filling in as you go. If roll-up doesn’t stay secured, add a dab of cream cheese under the edge to help hold it together. Repeat with remaining roll-ups.
