Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 apple
  • 0.5 cup still mineral water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup cranberries

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender jar and process until smooth. 
  2. If you have a rather weak blender, first mix arugula with water and blend for 30-60 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until ready.
